There are soooo many application tracking systems and other tools you can use. Having done plenty of research about hiring related tools lately and having used quite many myself I can easily say what you need and what is not worth paying for based on your needs and situation. I'm not an advocate for any specific tool, and will not partner with any ATS's what comes to my service business.
The must have content templates:
It might be job ads, messages for direct contacting, career site content, social media posts, auto-replies for candidate communication or something else. The content you need is (again) based on your situation and ideal talent profiles.
